There are additional costs for processing $125 as  mobile butcher charge and $1.00 lb finished wieght to have meats cut as you would like and vacuum sealed processing completed by June 2024 hanging weight of half 1000# steer average will be aproximite 275-325 lbs before cutting and processing aprox total finished product 200-250lbs . These are our first cattle we have raised and will have more accurate weights in future
