we take great pride in our care for our animals as we decided to start raising them on our farm to ensure we got the highest quality end product for our family, we feed our children everything we raise and grow and strive to keep our products free of chemicals and raised naturally as god intended.
how we slaughter and proccess
to some this may not seem important but when it comes to high quality meats where and how they are slaughter is a huge determining factor of the end quality as when animals are trailed/hauled to a conventional; slaughter house they are stressed out during travel and during the quarantine period at the processor. when this happens the meats have higher levels of cortisol from the stress hormones in the animal.... then resulting in inflammation in your body when you eat these products high in cortisol, with that being said all of our animals are slaughtered on farm, the chickens, the sheep and even the cows, we pride our self's in this process as they are very peaceful and calm from the animal, defiantly not our favorite part of raising these animals but it is extremely important to know that every animal raised on our farm is raised start to finish with the best possible practices and we put lots of care and love into raising them and respect them for the beautiful animals they are and are grateful for every harvest on this farm, we thank god for every meal they provide to our family and yours!
